Pat Paulsen's Half a Comedy Hour This was a funny mid-season replacement show that aired from January 22, 1970 until April 16th, 1970 on ABC with many of the writers from The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour participating including comedian Bob Einstein who also appeared in many skits. Debbie Reynolds and Hubert Humphrey guest starred on the first episode. Also seen: Henry Fonda, Joey Heatherton, Wilt Chamberlain, Don Rickles, Don Adams and Mel Blanc as the voice of Daffy Duck and Foghorn Leghorn. Regulars included Jean Byron, Sherry Miles, Peppe Brown, Vanetta Rogers, and Pedro Regas. A routine from Pat Paulsen's Half-a-Comedy Hour, probably written by staffer Steve Martin:
Pat sings a serious song, 'Did I Ever Really Live."
