This is the third and final "Tom and Jerry Spotlight Collection" and fans are clamoring because two shorts, "Mouse Cleaning" and "Casanova Cat," were not included because of racially offensive content.

It's a shame, my point of view is that everything should be out there, everything needs to be appreciated in an historical context. Still, if the product is aimed at kids, it's probably the right decision. However, a disclaimer on the back cover claims this collection, "is intended for the adult collector and may not be suitable for children." Huh?

That omission shouldn't hamper your enjoyment of the cartoons that are present, it's time tested entertainment especially if you have little kids. There are plenty of laughs; a great way to spend time with the little ones as you'll enjoy it almost as much as they will.

Also included - a nice, informative filmed history of Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera along with a 2005 T&J short that had Barbera return creatively for the first time in 40 years to the characters he helped make famous.
